The Araponga region, nestled within the Matas de Minas in Minas Gerais, offers an ideal setting for specialty coffees. This region is privileged with high mountains that lead to a range of temperatures and levels of humidity. This varying microclimate across farms contributes to diverse flavour nuances in the cup. This coffee is meticulously processed, including density separation and slow, uniform drying over 10 days. Cultivated with mixed varieties in the rich Latosol red soil, this mountainous terrain yields exceptional coffees with captivating flavors.
