This Kailitlau Fully Washed coffee was grown by four different farmer groups at elevations of 1,400 to 1,900 meters above sea level. The farmers selectively handpick cherries, which are then pulped before undergoing extended fermentation at near-freezing temperatures. After careful drying on raised beds or tarps, every bag of coffee is inspected for quality before being deemed suitable for sale.
