This beautiful natural processed coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, grown by a collection of smallholder producers in the microregion of Chelbesa and processed at the Gargari Washing Station. This coffee is a family crop – grown by households within small gardens, on less than one hectare of land. Producers line their homes with coffee trees, and it is their primary source of income.

Expect to taste notes of navel oranges, peaches, and blueberries in every sip. The sweetness of the fruit notes is perfectly balanced by the brightness and acidity of the coffee, and finishes with a lingering aftertaste of white flowers.
