Anasora coffee is a young coffee plant that produces specialty coffee in the highlands of Anasora and is home of famous Ethiopian Guji Sidamo specialty coffee producing area.
Farmers in Guji pride themselves in achieving the highest standards of sustainable quality, producing coffee with a fine touch.
The area covered by organic coffee plantation starts production under the forest belt, which is protected by the government and social protector. Inside the farm runs the Turo River, where Anasora's coffee washing station was set up long. This river leads out of the farm and forest, which is supported by spring waterfalls.
Long time farmers surrounding the farm have been producing with a goal of being eco-friendly, maintaining social responsibilities, and have been working with the younger Anasora in assisting them to ensure quality production, which also leads to good financial status.
