Sol Dourado is a yellow bourbon varietal coffee grown on an experimental farm in Sul De Minas, Brazil. This natural fermented coffee is a satisfying result thanks to constant exploration in varietals, processing methos for exciting and wide ranging tasting profiles from Brazil this year. Roasted for espresso, we're tasting sweetness and acidity of a Brazilian grilled pineapple, a chocolatey body, vanilla-like after taste and a hints of a winey aroma.
