This coffee is produced by Don Luis Anibal Calderon at Finca Villa Betulia, Colombia. This coffee was carefully hand-picked for only the ripest cherries, and then exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 42 hours inside grainpro bags before being pulped. They are then fermented for a another 30 hours with mucilage on, and tangerine skin added in. The last process was letting the coffee to dry under shade in parabolic beds, mixed with tangerine skin for a further 18 days until ideal moisture content was achieved.

 

This results in a cup that welcomes you with the sweetness of mandarin oranges, vibrance of a lime, juciness of a pomelo, and an elegant jasmine finish.

 

This exotic microlot is 100% Gesha. This variety was first discovered in Absinia, Ethiopia in 1931. Gesha was planted in Panama for the first time in 1963, and in Colombia in 2005.
