How we brew?

Espresso

94-95c water. 19g coffee to 40g yield. Extraction time 25-28 seconds

What we're tasting: Sweet peaches, berries, grapefruit and fruit chocolate

Filter

87c water. 14g coffee to 240g water. Grind coarser to achieve total brew time of ~2:30m 

What we're tasting: stewed peaches, berries, orange peels, dark chocolate
