15g Coffee to 240g Water

Medium fine grind

Water temperature 90c-93c (adjust to taste preference; higher temperature for higher extraction)

First Pour:

Bloom for 40 seconds with 40g water

Second Pour:

Pour in circular motion to 160g. Lightly swirl your v60 after your pour.

Last Pour:

Once water from second pour are all drained, pour again in circular motion to 240g. Lightly swirl your v60 after your pour and wait for coffee to be drained and you're done!

Tip: Total brew time should be between 2:30m to 3m. Adjust your grind size accordingly to control your total brew time; grind finer if your brew is too fast, grind coarser if your brew is too slow.
